Putting Greens

Precision underfoot. Championship feel.

Putting Greens

A custom putting green is the ultimate training tool — and the ultimate statement piece. We contour every surface by hand, dialing in the undulations, speed, and grain to match your putting style and your space. Whether you want a single-hole practice green or a multi-hole layout with fringe and rough surrounds, we build it to perform like the real thing.

  • Custom contours and slopes
  • Multiple hole configurations
  • Fringe and rough surrounds available
  • Residential and commercial sizes
Chipping Greens

Short game mastery, year-round.

Chipping Greens

The short game is where scores are made — and a dedicated indoor chipping green lets you sharpen it every day, regardless of the weather. We build chipping greens with multiple target zones, varied lie conditions, and optional bunker surrounds so every practice session is as challenging as the course.

  • Multiple target zones
  • Varied lie conditions
  • Optional sand bunker surrounds
  • Rough and fringe integration
Combination Greens

The complete practice facility.

Combination Greens

Why choose between putting and chipping when you can have both? Our combination greens seamlessly integrate a full putting surface with a dedicated chipping area — maximizing every square foot of your space. These are our most popular builds for serious golfers who want a complete indoor practice facility.

  • Integrated putting and chipping surfaces
  • Maximizes available space
  • Custom zoning and transitions
  • Most popular for serious golfers

Construction

The Foundation Makes the Green.

Every space is different — and the subbase system we choose determines how realistic, how durable, and how playable your green will be. We use three proven methods, selected based on your space, your goals, and your budget.

Direct on Floor
01

Direct on Floor

The most straightforward approach — turf and base material are installed directly on the existing floor. Best suited for flat spaces where contour and slopes are not required. Clean, efficient, and cost-effective.

Best for

Flat spaces, tight budgets, simple layouts

Panel System
02

Panel System

When bringing in gravel isn't an option — most commonly in residential basements — we use an engineered panel system to build the subbase. Panels allow us to create contour and slope without the weight or logistics of a gravel build.

Best for

Residential basements, weight-restricted floors, spaces with limited access

Gravel Base
03

Gravel Base

The gold standard. A gravel-based green is the most realistic and most durable system we build — replicating the feel and performance of an outdoor green more closely than any other method. When access allows, this is always our recommendation.

Best for

Garages, ground-level spaces, maximum realism and performance

Investment

What Does a Custom Green Cost?

Every project is priced individually — because every space, every build, and every client is different. Here's what drives the cost.

Typical Range

$15 – $60 per sq ft

Subbase System

Direct, panel, or gravel — each has a different material and labor cost.

Space Access & Prep

Demo work, tight access, stairs, or unusual conditions affect the build time and cost.

Size & Complexity

More square footage, more holes, and more contouring all factor into the final price.

Location

We're based in the Denver Metro area. Travel to other markets is factored into project pricing.

The best way to get an accurate number is a consultation. We'll assess your space, talk through your goals, and give you a straight answer.
